Complain Letter
My name Putri Arta Sianturi, I write this letter to
complain a Solaia restaurant located at Bekasi Barat. I complaint about the
service, te product, and the sanitation on that place.
The Service
On January 20th, I went to a
restaurant located not far from my home. When I came on that place, I should
wait about 15 minutes to get a seat.
When I waited, I saw a waiter on that
restaurant in a hurry and careless when deliver the order. And finally I get a
place, then I receive the menu, and I ordered beef, chicken cordon bleu, and
orange juice. Just 3 kind of menu that I orders, but I had to wait quite a long
time for my order.
The Product (Food)
Finally, my order is done and I ate my
food. But, when I ate my beef, I feel half-baked beef. I don’t continue ate my
beef and just ate my chicken cordon bleu .
Sanitation
When I finished, I go to sink to wash my
hand because the half-baked beef. Around the sink looked the floor was so
slippy, and on the sink there is no soap.
I hope this restaurant fix the problem
that I complain before, about the service, the product, and the sanitation and
increase the quality both of the service, product and sanitation.
